Make your oatmeal according to package directions
Once cooked, stir in your protein powder, psyllium husk powder and cinnamon until smooth
Fold in your walnuts and mix in your cream cheese
Eat and enjoy!
Psyllium husk is a great thickener, but make sure the oatmeal isn't super hot or it will clump together instead of soaking up extra liquid. If using, use more liquid than otherwise called for.
Feel free to make this as thin or thick as you want it.
