No Bake Choco-Cherry Coconut Protein Bars [LC, Clean, Vegan, Grainfree]

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • few dashes cinnamon
  • 2 T dried cherries
  • liquid of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all of your dry ingredients into a bowl

  2. Slowly add your liquid of choice until a soft, playdoh like batter forms.

  3. Press into a dish/baking sheet 

  4. Place into the fridge for at least 20 minutes

  5. Cut into as many pieces as you would like (likely at least 6). 

  6. Store extras in an air-tight container in the fridge

  7. Pack your snacks in either snack baggies or plastic/glassware.
