Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 8x8 (or a pan similar in size)
In a small bowl, mix together your peanut flour, protein powder, cinnamon first before mixing in your dried cherries.
Slowly add water or your liquid of choice until you get a batter that is a little bit thicker that a pancake batter.
Pour into your greased dish and bake for ~10 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean).
Slice into pieces, eat and enjoy! Save leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
This recipe is easily expanded to make more bars!
If you have time, or feel like it, I would cut up the cherries into smaller pieces so that you have more cherry chunks in each bite!
