White Chocolate Chocolate Carrot Cake Protein Notmeal [Low Carb, Clean, Grainfree, Gluten Free]

Ingredients

  • 3 T coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 T psyllium husk powder
  • 1/2 carrot
  • few dashes cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • handful white chocolate chips
  • optional chopped walnuts/pecans
  • water/liquid of choice

Instructions

  1. Shred your carrot in a food processor or grate with a grater

  2. Mix your coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, chocolate protein powder,  cinnamon, nutmeg in a bowl

  3. Mix in your optional nuts, shredded carrot, and white chocolate chips

  4. Slowly add in your water or liquid of choice until you reach your desired consistency

  5. Eat and enjoy! Alternatively, place in the fridge and chill overnight for the next morning!

Recipe Notes

The amount of liquid you will need will depend on the absorbency of your powders. You will likely need more than expected as a side note

Feel free to make it as thick or thin as you want it!
