mixed greens
(can use any greens of choice)

Walnuts

mozzeralla cheese
cucumber
sliced
1/4
cup
chickpeas, drained

egg
hard boiled
1/2

nutritional
yeast
Instructions
Slice cucumbers and egg
Rinse and drain chickpeas if using from a can, save the remaining for another recipe
Add all ingredients into a bowl and top with dressing of choice. Eat and enjoy!
