Simple 4 Ingredient Clean Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4
cup
peanut flour
*I use protein plus
(you can find some here)
1/3
cup
old-fashioned oatmeal
( get yours here)
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
dash
cinnamon
(if you need some)
Instructions
Grind oatmeal into a flour (I used a coffee grinder)
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl (I use a measuring cup)
Add liquid of choice (I use water) until batter thins
Grease pan and heat until it sizzles when you throw some drops of water on it
Once pan is ready, spoon out or pour pancake batter into your preferred size (I like silver dollar size)
Cook until bubbles form and flip
Cook for ~30 seconds more, or until done
Repeat until batter is gone
Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
