Savory Spinach, Chickpea and Egg Bulgur Bowl

Ingredients
1/2
cup
bulgur, cooked
~1/4
cup
chickpeas, drained
handful
spinach
dash
tumeric
2
hard boiled eggs
~I
teaspoon
tahini
~1/2
teaspoon
nutritional yeast
Instructions
Add chickpeas, bulgur, spinach to a bowl and heat
In the meantime, slice hard boiled eggs
Stir in all ingredients, top with additional ingredients if desired (I also added some dijon mustard) and enjoy!
