Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an oven safe bowl
Peel and cut up your orange
Add orange and all other ingredients to a mixing bowl
Add liquid of choice (I use water) until desired consistency. (More liquid=more baking time)
Use a spatula to pour oatmeal into greased bowl and place in oven
Cook for ~25 minutes or until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
I use a lot of liquid because I use a lot of psyllium. (go low and increase slowly if you are not used to psyllium). It- in the addition to the oats and protein- soak up a lot of water. Although it takes longer to cook, for me, adding more liquid gives me a lot more to eat in the morning.
I cut up my orange with kitchen scissors because it makes for quicker work
