  1. Dice and slice any ingredients that you want and mix them in a bowl. Top with mustard, shake so all is covered and enjoy!

  1. The amounts can be varied as with any salad. Feel free to use as little, or as much as you want.
  2. If you don’t eat meat and want to substitute it for another type of burger, feel free to do so just make sure your salad has some fat on it so you absorb the nutrients.
