Ingredients
1
banana
frozen (break up into chunks if you can)
2
T
cashew butter
(I make mine, but here’s a link)
1/2
T
cinnamon
(if you need some)
1/4
c
unsweetened cocoa powder
( can get here if needed)
2
scoop
plain pea protein
(could sub chocolate or vanilla)
1
t
vanilla extract
(omit if using flavored protein)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and pregrease 8×8 baking dish
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
Spatula out the mixture (it will be really thick) into your dish and spread until flat
Bake for 20 minutes and take out and let cool before slicing into as many pieces as desired
Save cooled leftovers in an airtight container placed in the fridge
