Crunchy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Freezer Fudge (Low Carb, grain-free)

Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients and your mold (see notes for other options)
  2. Crush your peanuts roughly
  3. Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir. It will be thick
  4. Use a spoon or spatula to press the dough into the mold
  5. Place in freezer for ~30 minutes or until frozen.
  6. Eat and enjoy! Store them in the freezer in an airtight container.
Recipe Notes
  1. The number of bites you get will depend on your mold size. I use a silicon mold because it is easy to pop the bites out. Alternatively, you could try a plastic top. Just spread out the batter on the top, score it and freeze. When it comes out you should be able to break off the pieces along the score line
  2. This recipe is easily multiplied. Just use the recipe servings tool if you want to make more than one batch!
