Ingredients
leftover pho broth
(leave whatever remains in the broth in there)
1
zucchini
1
carrot
leftover meat
(I used brisket)
any other veggies, ingredients you choose
Instructions
Place your leftover broth into a pot if stovetop, bowl if microwave
Spiralize your veggies of choice and place them into the broth as well as with any other ingredients you want to use
Break up whatever meat you have into smaller bite sized pieces if desired and place them into the bowl
Microwave/ heat on the stove until hot and veggies are soft
Top with whatever condiments you like and enjoy!

Don’t have a spiralizer? Feel free to shred/ grate/ or process the veggies instead.
