Ingredients
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
(I use this one)
~10
raisins
~1
T
crushed almonds
(use unsalted, raw almonds)
dash
cinnamon
(if you need some)
Instructions
If starting with whole almonds, crush them to bits
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Use a spatula and stir in water slowly until the batter thins out
Use spatula to fill silicon baking shapes
Place silicon sheet flat in freezer for ~30 min or so until frozen.
Pop out the bites and put them in a container and leave in freezer to enjoy when needed!

* batch size will depend on the size of your silicon tray.
