They are super easy to make and don’t require much effort. Stick them in a snack baggie and you are good to go for snack time.
This month’s recipe redux is all about snacks that travel well. I am all about snacks. I love them. They are perfect pick me ups between your main meals, and they also work well when you don’t actually get breaks for meals (something I am unfortunately very familiar with). This month I am presenting homemade no bake protein bars. The prompt is as such:

This recipe is super easy, doesn’t require any baking and is full of protein to be a perfect snack for your mid-morning or mid-afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- few dashes cinnamon
- 2 T dried cherries
- liquid of choice
Instructions

Mix all of your dry ingredients into a bowl

Slowly add your liquid of choice until a soft, playdoh like batter forms.

Press into a dish/baking sheet

Place into the fridge for at least 20 minutes

Cut into as many pieces as you would like (likely at least 6).

Store extras in an air-tight container in the fridge

Pack your snacks in either snack baggies or plastic/glassware.
